The website is intended for prospective and current parents, guardians, applicants, alumni, staff and visitors aged 18 and above. Children under 18 should only use the site under parental supervision.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, defamatory or unlawful content through any form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to administrative areas or other users’ data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system without prior written consent.
• Upload material that infringes copyright, contains malware, or breaches Ghana’s laws.
• Use the site or any contact details to send spam, bulk solicitations or harassment.

All content on this website — text, photography, video, branding, design and source code — is owned by or licensed to SALBA MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reuse, redistribution or commercial exploitation requires our prior written consent.

Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of a place. The School reserves the right to accept or decline any application based on age placement, available capacity, fit with our values, and the outcome of the assessment session. Application fees, if any, are non-refundable.

We make every effort to keep website information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that fees, dates, programmes and policies displayed here are free from error. The most current operational information is communicated directly to enrolled families. Always confirm time-sensitive details with the admissions or main office.

Our site may link to external services (e.g. Google Maps, social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghana’s Contracts Act 1960 (Act 25), SALBA MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as fraud, gross negligence or harm to a child.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
